Does a Pipe Get Welded to the Cam Ends of the Universal Cam-Door Lock, # 383200  

Question:

Are the end cams welded to the pipe? Is this a 3/4inch galvanized water pipe?

First, the Universal Cam-Door Lock, # 383200, does not come with the pipe. You will need to provide a 3/4 inch diameter pipe. I would use regular steel because it is easier to weld then galvanized materials. The handle gets welded to the pipe but none of the other parts. I have linked a video review for you.

If you want something similar that includes the pipe you can use # 305736.
