If you do not have the OEM puck package for your 2016 Ford F-250, then the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3370 will not work for your truck.
Instead, you'll need to use the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1111-5W. This under bed kit will give you the capability to use a gooseneck hitch, as well as, the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W.
