Does 2,800 lb Trailer Towed by 2019 Ford F-150 Need Weight Distribution
Question:
I have a Tear Camper it has a dry weight of 2840# 18 foot long tongue weight of 400# my tow vehicle is a 2019 F150 FX 4x4 Do I need sway bars or friction swat control? thank you for your help.

Your trailer is light enough that just a friction sway bar like the part # 17200 would be all that you'd want. Also worth mentioning is that you'd want to get as much weight forward in your trailer and have it setting as level as possible as your first line of defense to prevent sway.
