Will Rightline Jr. Cargo Bag # RL100S50 fit on a 2003 Mazda Miata with a Removable Hardtop

I have a 2003 Mazda Miata. I am looking for some way to carry more baggage than what the Miata currently allows. I have a hardtop installed on it. I was wondering if the cargo bag could be strapped to the hardtop? Thank you,

One of the nice features about the Rightline Jr. Cargo Bag # RL100S50 is the multiple options for securing it to your car. Due to the limited interior space of your Miata I recommend using the car clips (included). Please measure the roof of your Miata to make sure that this bag will fit; it is listed as 36 inches long by 30 inches wide.

This rooftop cargo bag can hold up to 9 cubic feet of additional gear or baggage when attached to your car. I would advise checking your owners manual to confirm the roof weight-bearing capacity of your 2003 Mazda Miata. Make sure that your cargo load does not exceed the weight capacity of this hardtop convertible.

You will want to make sure that the surface of your vehicle roof and the underside of the cargo bag are perfectly clean and free of grit before installation.
