As there is not a custom fit harness for your 2006 Land Rover Range Rover you will need a hardwire kit like the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. The kit includes a powered converter that will protect the factory wiring from excessive draw.
A Mounting Bracket # 18144 will allow you to secure the 4-way on the Range Rover and protect it from dragging.
