Installing 7-Way on 2008 Ford F-150 with 4-Way for Brake Controller
Question:
Bought and installed the factory connection harness to connect the Tekonsha controller to gray factory connector bar steering column. Need to find the other factory connector to mate with 7 way plug containing the blue controller wire. system has only a poorly installed 4 way flat plug. Pictures or video doesn’t seem to be available for F150.

To convert from the 4-way you have at the rear of your 2008 Ford F-150 to a 7-way will require the adapter part # 37185 which you'd plug into your 4-way and then you'd run a couple wires from it to the wires present at the truck's frame rail. For more info on that check out the link I attached that covers this entire process.
