Troubleshooting Right Blinker Not Functioning on a Trailer Being Towed by a Jeep
Question:
everything works perfect on my trailer except for my right blinker. i just had to change the trailer towing box inside my jeep cuz it was broken. but now i still have the same problem as i had before. i tried a new light checked the ground wires.

What I would do is use a circuit tester like our part # PTW2993 and test the trailer wire harness for voltage when the different tail light functions of your Jeep are applied. Check out the video I attached to see how this is done. This will tell you if the problem lies on the trailer or the tow vehicle side of the equation.
If there is voltage there on the tow vehicle then the trailer is the problem and I would recommend you start at the trailer connector checking for corrosion or cut wires and work your way back to the right blinker assembly fixing any problems as you find them.
If there was not voltage on the trailer connector then the problem lies on the vehicle or the wiring harness. I would go over the connections and test before and after the connections with the circuit tester to determine where exactly the problem is.
