Yes, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-522203-5 is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel.

If you need the rest of the flat tow package I suggest going with these items.

The Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K # RM-676. This will connect to the base plate and into the RV hitch receiver. Safety cables included.

The Roadmaster BrakeMaster System w BrakeAway for RVs w Air or Air Over Hydraulic Brakes - Proportional # RM-9160. This is a proportional brake system that is a permanent install in your vehicle. It will sync your RV brakes and your towed vehicles brakes together.

Next you will need the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Wire to 6-Wire Straight Cord # RM-152-98146-7. This will connect your electrical systems and sync your lights to your RV. You will not need a battery disconnect for your vehicle make and model.

Last your probably going to need a high low adapter. You want park your RV and truck in line like you will be towing. Make sure you are on a flat level surface, measure from the ground to the center of the hitch receiver hole on your RV. Next measure from the ground up to the center of the arms on the base plate.

If those numbers are within 3 inches of each other you are ok and won't need an adapter. If they are more than 3 inches apart you will need something like Curt High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 4" Rise/Drop - 8" Long # C59KR.

If the vehicles are not within 3 inches up and down this will cause undue stress on the suspension systems and will wear them our faster.
