We do have a way to figure out if these are the correct fit for your 2011 Dutchmen Voltage V3200, but unfortunately I am not going to be able to say they are the same as OEM. I looked up the information for your Voltage and it just gives generic information regarding the jacks (which is normal). To determine if the Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set # LC333964 is the correct fit you will need to take a couple measurements. The measurements you are looking for are the length of the outer tube and the distance between the weld stops. I have included a picture that shows what I am talking about when I mention the weld stops.
The Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set # LC333964 has an outer tube length of 29-1/2". The measurements of the weld stops will be 15-1/2" on the inside and 17-1/2" on the outside. This is a pretty standard set-up and is likely what you have. You will just want to measure to be sure.
