Could SewerSolution Macerator System part # SS01 be Used in Wet Bay
Question:
Can this be used in wet bay where the black tank drain exits through the bottom of the bay? I’m guessing that I may need to use a 90 degree brass fitting to connect the water hose

As long as the drain on the bottom of your wet bay has the bayonet fitting needed for the SewerSolution Macerator System part # SS01 this would connect and work fine. There's no reason it couldn't work in that configuration.
