Are There Hitch Bike Racks That Are Compatible With Ramps

I am considering the Inno Tire Hold 2 bike platform rack INH120. Do the pivoting upright arms come down so I could use a ramp to load my heavy eBike, like the Kuat piston X pro?

We do offer the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202, that does come with a ramp. It differs from the two aforementioned hitch bike racks. The EasyFold clamps onto the frame. It has a weight limit of 65 lbs per bike.

The Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting, part # INH120, has pivoting upright arms that fold down completely inward, but not completely outward. If you are using a ramp to load your bikes, at best, they will loaded on one of your pivoting arms. The Kuat Piston Pro you referred to in your question also has pivoting arms that fold inward completely, and not completely outward. This Inno Tire Hold 2 has a weight limit of 60 lbs per bike.
