Question:
I have 21 ft pontoon some lakes I fish have shallow ramps making it difficult to unload and load the pontoon Are roller bunks recommended for pontoon boats? Do they offer enough support for pontoons?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can definitely use roller bunks with your 21 foot pontoon boat. Roller bunks have capacities, and while pontoon boats can obviously vary quite a bit in weight, roller bunks with a 3,000 lb boat capacity should be for that size boat. I recommend going with 5' long sections of roller bunk:
- Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunks - 5' Long # DL21755
The # DL21755 will mount directly to a 2" x 4" bunk board as well, so you can install them right on top of your boards, and the rollers will make it simpler to both load and unload your boat like you're wanting.
