Will 4 Bike Roof Racks Fit on Factory Crossbars for a Lexus RX350

First, I would recommend you contact your dealer and determine if your Lexus RX350 is capable of handling the combined weight of the 4 bikes and 4 bike racks. The combined weight of the 4 bike racks, part # S64710 will be approximately 27 lbs.

If your vehicle can handle the weight, you will need to determine if the width of the four bikes would fit. Place the bikes side by side on a flat surface as close to one another as you can, alternating front to back and back to front, for handlebar clearance. Measure the distance needed, from the centerline of the tire on the first bike to the centerline of the tire on the fourth bike.This should give you the dimension you are looking for. Measure the crossbars on your vehicle to see if they can accommodate this width.

If you are planning on using the racks in the center of the roof, I would recommend a tire step like part # HE4040. This makes it easier to reach the middle of the roof when loading and unloading, and folds flat for easy storage.

If you find that either your vehicle roof weight capacity or the width of your crossbars would not work for 4 bike racks, an option I would suggest would be to carry 2 bikes on the roof using the Swagman Fork Down Bike Racks, and also install a trunk mounted bike carrier for 2 bikes.
