In regards to the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider part # C16566, there are grease zerks on the head and jaw that need lubricated as well as the skid plate and lock bar on the slider base. These will need to be lubed before each use and again after 1,000 miles per the manual. It is recommended to use black graphite grease for all lubrication, a few pumps should be good. There are no service procedures for the slider wheels.

If you don't want to mess with greasing the skid plate you can use the Curt Lube Plate part # 16721 instead.
