Parts Needed for 4-Way on 2010 Porsche Cayenne

How do I go from the trailer hitch electrical port on a 2010 Porsche Cayenne to the 4 pin flat connector on the Curt 53201 ?

The Curt LED light kit part # C53201 requires a 4-way to activate which if you do not have that you'd need the part # 119250KIT for that. If you have a 7-way you can convert it to a 4-way with the part # HM47365.
