The correct wiring harness for your 2007 Honda Civic Si is the Curt # C59236. Since this is a hardwire situation, you will have to locate your taillight wiring and use a circuit tester such as part # PTW2993, to ensure you are splicing into the correct circuits. I do have the installation directions attached.
Finally, you will need to check your owner's manual to verify your towing capacity.
