Will Thule 400XT Foot Work On My 2012 Toyota Prius, If Not, What Thule Rack Do You Recommend

What clips do I need to buy? Existing clips do somewhat fit bit not exact. The rack is currently on a 2016 Honda Civic. i want to put it on a 2012 Toyota Prius. Please forward part number so I can order

There is a Thule roof rack that will fit your 2012 Toyota Prius. It will not included the 400XT foot. Thule discontinued the 400XT in 2010. The 2012 Prius and the 2016 Honda Civic do not have a fit for a 400XT foot. If you want a Thule rack for your 2012 Prius, my recommendation would consist of the following:
