Recommended Rollers for Pontoon Boat Trailer with Wooden Bunk Boards

Question:

I have a 13 foot pontoon boat, Laker 712 Deluxe. I want to convert to rollers. The pontoon boat weighs about 600 pounds. What rollers would you recommend The trailer bunks are 10 feet long. Pictures attached. Also, height of pontoon on trailer is a concern because it just clears my standard garage opening.

The CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers part # CE27710 will work great on a pontoon boat, they can either be mounted to the wooden bunk boards or attached directly to the frame using Swivel Brackets part # CE10003G-4. There will be more support if you mount them directly to the bunk boards but this will raise the height of the boat by about 3". If this is too much then you can use the swivel brackets which are height adjustable.

You'll need one set of rollers per bunk board if you wish to cover the entire board.
