The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Disc Brakes - 2" Ball - Zinc Plated - 7,500 lbs item # 099-175-20 has a 3" on center bolt pattern and fits a 3" wide channel tongue. If these aren't the dimensions of your 2004 Four Winns 180 Horizon's trailer then go ahead and send me the pattern and channel width you are looking for and I will find something that works.
