Weight Distribution System for Quick Breakdown and Set up on a 6,000 lbs Trailer
Question:
I have a 26 ft utility trailer that I want to use to haul my 2 side by sides. the total weight is gonna be right around 6,000 lbs. weight of trailer and cargo from what I have read I should be using a weight distribution set up since the trailer weighs more than my 50 of the weight of my truck 2020 F-150 super crew 4x4. my question is what is going to happen when I arrive at my destination and off load?

You are correct that you should be using a weight distrubition system with your 2020 Ford F-150. The Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BXW1000 would be a great system to go with your 6,000 lbs trailer. It has a 1,000 lbs tongue weight capacity so it will be just over the high end of your trailer's 900 lbs tongue weight but not too high as to cause a stiff ride. This system has clamp on brackets with chain hangers that are super easy to connect and disconnect. Aside from having fun when you get unloaded at your destination all you would have to do is unhook the chains from the brackets and then disconnect the springs bars from the head. The Blue Ox spring bars easily lock in place and remove with included pins and clips. I have attached a couple of review videos.
