Do I Have all of the Components with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467?

I already have a four pin connector from you guys. From the photos is there anything missing from it? Thank you!

Thanks so much for the photos! From the part number on the converter box, you have the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118467 (for non-hybrid 2020 Subaru Crosstreks). From your photos and the product photos we have, you do have all of the components of the connector. With the # 118467, this harness does not include any additional like fuses/relays/etc.
If you are having trouble installing the 4-way, feel free to respond to this answer with the issues you are having. I went ahead and linked a video of the install on a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek for your convenience.
