What Hitch Rack do You Recommend for My 106-Pound Fat-Tire E-Bike?
Question:
Just bought an Ariel Rider Grizzly e-bike with fat tires and a weight of 106 lbs. What bike rack will accommodate it? Would love to have a ramp if possible, too.

Expert Reply:
For your 106-pound Ariel Rider Grizzly, the highest weight capacity of racks we have is 80 pounds. One of those racks, for example, is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR.
With that being said, for the best option for your 106-pound e-bike, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long # UF48-979033. With the Ultra-Fab, you do not only receive 500 pounds of maximum weight capacity, you also get a convenient ramp to use for loading. It also has internal track dimensions of 5-inches to accommodate your fat bike tires. To attach the e-bike to the rack, I recommend ratcheting straps like the Erickson Motorcycle and ATV Tie-Downs w Soft Ties and TCS Buckles - 1"x6' - 400 lbs # EM05729. If you already have a hitch installed and need a locking hitch pin, that is the etrailer Hitch Lock # e98882.
If you need a hitch receiver suggestion that will work great with the Ultra-Fab, feel free to respond to this answer with the year/make/model of your vehicle, and I will be happy to recommend you our best products.
