Car Battery Low Error Message On Blue Ox Patriot Braking System

Question:

I have an older version 10 years that doesnt get used much. I lost the screw in fuse on the cigarette lighter. So i went to an auto parts store, got a replacement and put on a different one. It worked last summer. I plugged it in the other day and it said low car battery. I thought maybe the blue ox battery was bad so I replaced the battery. It still errors out and I know that I am getting juice to it....?

The "Car Battery Low" error on the Blue Ox Patriot Braking System means that you either have a poor connection to the vehicle battery or the vehicle battery itself is low. If you're using a factory outlet then you likely just have a low or bad battery. You can test this pretty easily with a device like the Digital Battery Tester and Analyzer part # PT76QV.
