Parts Needed For Adding A Reese Trailer Brake Controller To a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a REESE Towpower 8507111 Brakeman IV Digital Brake Control but i need a plug and play adaptor for a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Do you carry that? thank you

You will need the Replacement Brake Control Plug-In Harness # 20127 and Wiring Kit # 5506 to be able to connect your Reese Towpower brake controller to your 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a factory 7-way. The Plug and Play harnesses like # TK93VR did not fit the Jeep Grand Cherokee until the 2011 model year.
If you do not want to have to run the additional wiring and already have a 7-way the Curt Echo # C51180 will allow you to control the trailer brakes from your smartphone using the Curt Echo app. It uses power from the charge line to power the trailer brakes that are activated by the brake light inputs on the 7-way.
