Brake Output Wire is Not Attached to 7-Way Trailer Connector on a 2005 GMC Sierra

Question:

im hooking up trailer control on my 2005 gmc serria truck I have installed the control an pluged it in fuse box but at the plug at the back the blue wire I s separate from the rest it has a plug on it but not connected to 7 prong plug how do I connect it

If you are talking about the blue wire at the back of the 7-Way trailer connector, it will need to attach to the back of the 7-Way in the 7:00 position. You should be able to take apart the 7-Way to expose where the wires attach. You will then attach the wire to the 7:00 position.

Sometimes there are connections under the hood that you will also need to make to make everything fully functional. I have included a link to an FAQ article that covers everything. I have also linked a series of videos that should help you.
