The Better Bath RV Bathtub # LC209648 will have a front center drain hole. This is the same size and color as the Left Hand Drain Better Bath RV Bathtub # LC209653 that you found. The hole is centered left to right on the tub but not front to back. The drain will be centered 16-3/4" from the back wall so that you can compare it with your current shower drain.
Depending on how close the drain is you may be able to locate a offset flange that may allow you to keep your current drain in place without modification. You will need to check your local hardware or plumbing supply store for this type of part.
