I have 2022 ram 2500 with puck system and gooseneck ball camper is designed to us with with shortbed With regular king pin Will a single point hitch work or do I to go with puck system

You should go with a 5th wheel hitch that uses your OEM prep package. My recommendation is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K, part # BWRVK3670. This 5th wheel slider will install via the puck system on your 2022 Ram 2500.
