What regulated do i need to go from a 100 pd tank to a 10,000 btu buddy heater

You'll need to check your specific model as certain models have a regulator on the heater already and you wouldn't want to double regulate the propane. If you model does not have a regulator then you can use a single stage low pressure regulator like the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator - 200,000 Btu/Hr # CAM59013.
