I have a great tire chain solution for you. Unfortunately, the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base and Dual Tires - Ladder Pattern - Twist Link # TC3210 is not confirmed to fit the tire size 285/65-18.
However, with that being said, we do have a great pair of tire chains for that size. I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link # TC2327. The reason why I recommend these chains is because they have a link thickness of only 3.7mm (great for protecting wheel well components) and come with integrated tensioners that take the headache of having to constantly readjust the chains after each trip. These chains require a minimum of 1.46" (37 mm) between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well and at least 0.59" (15 mm) between the tire's sidewall and the vehicle itself. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows how to make sure you have enough clearance.
Without knowing your particular year/make/model of your vehicle, we have not fitted these particular chains on your vehicle. However, these chains are confirmed to fit your 285/65-18 tires. As with all tire chains, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you are abiding by all of the guidelines outlined.
