The Curt # C17132 is the closest we have to matching those lengths you mention. The distance from pin hole to the adjustment pin hole is 8-1/2" on center.

Depending on how heavy your load is, you could use a hitch reducer like # BWRHXA2182 to convert your 2-1/2" hitch to a 2" hitch and use the WDS shank # C17122. This has a 14" pin hole distance to adjustment pin hole on center, and is rated for up to 15,000-lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 1,500-lbs.
