Spare Tire Carrier Capable of Supporting a Wheel With a 5 On 5" Bolt Pattern

Im looking for a spare tire bracket like the following, but that works with 5 on 5 bolt pattern. Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4- and 5-Lug Wheels Item # FSTC1000301

The Demco Spare Tire Carrier # DM15851-52 is going to be the closest spare tire carrier to the Fulton # FSTC1000301 that can accommodate a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. This would need to mount on top of the frame rather than offset to the side of the frame like the Fulton. Be sure to watch the video I have linked below.
