There were multiple generation changes for the CR-V between 2000 and 2007, so a hitch from a 2000 Honda CR-V will not fit 2007 Honda CR-V.
The correct fit for a trailer hitch receiver for a 2007 Honda CR-V is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13555.
I also wanted to mention, in case you plan on doing some towing with your '07 CR-V, the correct 4-way wiring harness is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118427.
