Can I Upgrade To 5 On 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern Hubs On My 2018 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E14FK?
Question:
I recently bought a 2018 E Pro 14fk. Dexter axle. I want to install a lift kit and 15" wheels/tires. The current 13inch wheels have a 4 bolt lug. What other change to the axle, do I need in order to go with 5 lug ? Thanks

Though you will not need to make any alterations to the axle to up your bolt pattern to a 5 on 4-1/2, but you will need to verify your bearings to make sure the new hubs will fit properly. Form what I could find, your 2018 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E14FK has a GVWR of 2,917 pounds. This means you most likely have a 3,500 pound Dexter axle.
The typical Dexter axle of this capacity will use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. Again, you will need to verify these bearings, but if they do match, you will need the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K if you do not have brakes, or Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you do have brakes.
The Torflex 2-5/8" Lift Kit # K71-707-01 will also fit #10 Torflex axles with 2,300 to 4,000 pound capacities, so this will also be the correct kit if you have the 3,500 pound axle.
