Does Trailer Wiring Running Light Circuit Normally Run Two Circuits Together for Both Trailer Sides

Can the 2 brown wires touch eachother in the new connector? Cuz theres only 4 spots

Yes you can have the two brown wires for each side of your running light circuit. This is a very common way to have the running light circuit ran on trailer wiring so this would work well.
