In comparing the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link # TC2533 and # TC2327, both of these chains are confirmed to fit 275/65-18 tires on your 2018 Ford F-150. One of the differences between these chains is that the # TC2533 has a link thickness of 5.5mm while the # TC2327 has a link thickness of 3.7mm. The link thickness is important when considering wheel well clearance for your chains.
The only other difference between these two sets of chains is the range of tire sizes that they fit. The # TC2533 fits a range of tires from 15" - 20" while the # TC2327 fits a range of tires from 17" - 22" tires. Your tires fit into the range of both of these chains.
Given the smaller chain thickness of the # TC2327, I recommend these chains. In order to make sure that you have enough clearance, I recommend measuring your wheel well clearance. These chains require a minimum of 1.46" (37 mm) between the top of the tire tread and the wheel well and at least 0.59" (15 mm) between the tire's sidewall and the vehicle itself. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows how to conduct these measurements.
Like with all tire chains, I recommend consulting with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you are considering all guidelines that are outlined.
