I recommend going with the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # Y02634 for your 2021 Audi Q3 because it's one of the nicer trunk mount racks that we carry. It's a lot easier to adjust and install than most others due to the 4 straps and fit dial system. This also comes with a bike lock and a strap with a steel cable that sits inside your trunk to help deter theft.

Please note that if either of your bikes lacks a horizontal top tube then you'll need an adapter bar like part # Y02531 so that the bike will sit properly on the arms.
