Can Reese Goose Box be Used with Flat Bed Truck with Recessed Ball

Will the Reese Goosebox 94720 work with a recessed gooseneck ball in a flat bed?

We've had this question before and Reese has told us that you can use Goose Boxes like the # RP85FR with recessed flat bed trucks but the recessed portion of the truck bed needs to be less than 5 inches tall and larger than 15 inch wide by 15 inch long.
