Is there an adapter to fasten it to a 5th wheel hitch?

The Hopkins Rear View, Side-to-Side Trailer Level, # HM04115 has double sided tape to adhere to the surface of what you are mounting and holes for placing hardware through. There is not a 5th wheel adapter kit to mount to a hitch but you can use the holes for mounting hardware of your choice and fabricate a mount. Or simply rely on the double sided adhesive.

Yes, I was able to verify with Curt their Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver #C31078 will fit your 2024 Ford F-250 4 wheel drive.

The Curt hitch #C31078 is a fit for your 2023 Ford F-250 with the snowplow package. From the bottom of the hitch to the ground would be about 7 inches.
