Thule Snowpack Ski Carrier and Roof Rack for a 2016 Land Rover LR4

Question:

Hi! When I recently installed a Thule extender ski rack on my LR4, I used the existing roof rack channels to install rather than using the less-sturdy-looking strap pieces via a direct screw from the channel into the bottom of the ski rack. When I did that, I noticed a loud whistling sound as I had to remove the rubber strip from the roof rack in order to do that. So, I cut the old rubber strip into pieces and carefully put them back in around the screws. It mostly worked, but once Ive taken the skis off Im getting whistling again, and when I take the ski racks off, I expect Ill get a LOT of whistling as the rubber strips have holesinch in them where the screw were. After looking at your site, I dont see a an LR4 confirmedinch rubber strip replacement piece. How can I tell what would work in my rack? Thanks!

I have a solution for you but you will need that part number you circled to find a replacement roof rack from Land Rover or online. We do not sell OEM parts. We do offer a roof rack that will fit your 2016 Land Rover LR4's factory installed tracks that run front to back. This rack is also compatible with the Thule SnowPack Extender Ski and Snowboard Carrier item # TH7325. It is the 2016 Land Rover LR4 Roof Rack by Rhino Rack. This Roof Rack Includes:

RCL Legs for Rhino-Rack Crossbars and Pioneer Platforms - Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4 item # RRRCL4

Custom RCP Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack RC and RV Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points item # RRRCP61-BK
