Hitch Receiver for a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek

Question:

2018 Suburu Crosstrek. I would like to know which hitch to get. I have a bike rack someone gave me Swagman with what looks like a 1 1/4 hitch but I will one day get a small trailer which I suppose wants a 2inch receiver. What do you recommend or how do I be able to use both?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13382 you were looking at would be a great option for both of those bike racks and is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. I have linked an installation video. This hitch has a 2" receiver so you will need the Brophy Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" item # HT02 to use any 1-1/4" bike racks.
