Will this plug in to replace the factory 7 way + 4 on a 2005 F350 Super Duty?

The Pollak # HM40975 is the identical 7-way/4-pole trailer connector Ford uses for their OEM trailer connector on later model F-series trucks so it would indeed be a direct replacement, as long as your truck has the round US CAR connector behind the rear bumper.
