Hello, are the RLTF Legs made of plastic or metal? If plastic, are they injection molded? If metal, are they cast or CNC? Thank you.

They are plastic, and according to Rhino-Rack, the Track Mount RLTF Legs for Rhino-Rack RTC- and RT-Style Roof Rack Tracks - 3" Tall # RLTF are made of glass-reinforced nylon.
So it is not injection-molded, but glass-reinforced nylon is designed to be extremely stable and durable.
