I can confirm that all the items that are in your cart will fit your 2021 Toyota Highlander. I do have some suggestions and recommendations as well. The Tekonsha wiring harness item # TK57VR you selected includes a plug and play adapter but it is only compatible with Tekonsha Brake Controllers. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90195. This is a proportional brake controller which means the brakes on your trailer apply pressure in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. I have attached a picture of this brake controller installed. If you were to purchase this you would not need the Draw-Tite Brake Control item # 5535 in your cart or the Brake Controller Wiring Harness item # 7865.
To complete your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
All of these items fit and will allow you to tow your camper and control the brakes.
Hitch Receiver- EcoHitch Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7250.
Wiring Harness- Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector item # TK57VR
Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional item # TK63VR
Brake Controller Wiring Harness- Pigtail Wiring Harness for Draw-Tite Brake Controllers item # 7865.
