Do Bolts for Trailer Hitch Install have to be Torqued in Specific Order on 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
Does it matter which bolts you torque down first? IE the four bottom bolts first or the two side, through bolts?

It does not matter which bolts you torque down first. Alternating sides will be beneficial because it should make tightening the other bolts easier (so none bind). All the torque specs can be found in the installation instructions which I have linked. I have also included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
