Expert Reply:
The only undermounted RV step we carry that would fit your 28" mounting bracket width is the Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - 8" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - Quad - Aluminum # LC432698. It is 30-3/4" tall so the bottom step will sit approximately 3"-4" off the ground when used with a 34" ground clearance. It has an 8" stair rise.
