What Rooftop Basket Do You Recommend For My 2019 Toyota Tacoma With Factory Roof Rack

This is the description for the CURT roof basket: Application: most factory and aftermarket roof racks Fits crossbars up to 3inch wide x 1-5/8inch tall Dimensions: 62-1/2inch long x 37inch wide x 4inch deep Weight capacity: 150 lbs But there is also mention of an extension for this basket and I dont see any info on that. I have a 19 Toyota Tacoma DCLB with the factory roof rack which has the crossbars centerlines at about 43.5inch I am looking for a basket that will fit to that. The Yakima and Thule are too tall i believe. Or are there other options?

The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 64-1/2" Long x 39" Wide x 4" Deep - 150 lbs, part # C18115-117, is the basket with the extension already added. The extension is 21" in length and the smaller Curt basket, part # C18115, is 41-1/2" in length. This basket will not work for your vehicle, unless you can space your crossbars between 22 and 50 inches apart. It has a weight limit of 150 lbs.

Yakima has a basket that will also work on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma. The Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 62" Long x 40" Wide - 165 lbs, part # Y07138-08. This OffGrid comes with the extension and it comes closest to the dimensions of the Curt basket you attached to your question. Your crossbars need to be set at the widest position for this basket to fit your vehicle. The weight limit of the Yakima basket, according to Yakima, on your vehicle is 100lbs and that includes the weight of the basket.
