Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to use a dual hitch adapter like # D-192 for that, as having one accessory installed would prevent you from installing one in the other receiver. They just wouldn't fit.

We do have the perfect solution for you though. I'd go with the Hollywood Racks # HR1450Z-85 SportRider SE which can carry two bikes weighing up to 50 lbs each and up to 100 lbs of cargo.

If that option doesn't offer enough cargo capacity, I'd typically recommend installing a front mounted receiver if one's available for the vehicle in question and carrying the bikes on the front of the vehicle. It looks like you have a 2008 Dodge Sprinter, and unfortunately a front mounted receiver isn't available.

An alternate option would involve carrying the bikes on the rear doors of the vehicle using a door mounted rack like # TH302043 which permanently mounts on the doors and can carry two bikes weighing up to 42 lbs each. You WILL still be able to open the rear doors with the rack installed.

You could then use a hitch mounted cargo carrier like # 63153 in the hitch.

I'll link to some videos that you might find helpful.
