For the absolute best option that will give you superior traction and less risk of internal wheel well damage on your 245/45-18 tires, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Easy Fit CU9 # TH04115104. These chains are very high quality and come with all the bells and whistles. It has a built-in pedal to activate center tensioning element to not only give you ease but it also helps save your back from bending over or squatting while you install the chains. Also, the chains are deep-snow rated (for on-road use only). As far as safety, these chains do not install anywhere on the inside surface of the tires. This dramatically decreases the potential for internal damage to any component inside of your wheel wells on your 2013 Audi Allroad Premium.
If you are looking for something a little bit more basic without losing too much quality, I recommend the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - CG9 # TH2004205104. These chains will give you traction in deep snow (on-road only) as well. As far as interior tire sidewall installation, these chains only require a 9mm clearance (which is less than a lot of other competing chains that require 12mm clearance). However, even with this factor, it is important to note that the risk for damage is a bit higher in these chains than the # TH04115104 because of how the chains install.
Both of the tire chains listed will In considering tire chains, it is always a good idea to consult with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you are following all guidelines that are outlined.
