These chains are very high quality and come with all the bells and whistles. It has a built-in pedal to activate center tensioning element to not only give you ease but it also helps save your back from bending over or squatting while you install the chains. Also, the chains are deep-snow rated (for on-road use only). As far as safety, these chains do not install anywhere on the inside surface of the tires.
