Will the Hopkins Reliance Trailer Brake Controller Fit a 2013 Chevy Silverado
Question:
Hey ......Can I put the aforementioned device on my 2013 chevy silverado? If so how would I wire it?Color to color as I have located the wires under the dash. Thanks

Brake Controllers are no vehicle specific so you can install the Reliance if you wanted to. You would not go color for color though because they will not match up.
The brake controller wires have the following functions:
White is ground
Black is 12 volt power
Red is input from brake switch
Blue is output to the trailer brakes
I have linked a video that shows the connections on a different brake controller but the process will be the same on yours. Also there may be some under hood connections that need to be made to make everything fully functional. The video includes that as well.
