Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56033 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Nissan Rogue S. While you will not have to spice into your factory wiring a power wire must be ran to the battery to power the module. This prevents excess strain being placed on the factory wiring. I have attached a video below of an installation to help show you all the steps to complete the installation.
